V623 makes it easy to transfer tools directly between drilling units, so you
don't have to worry about storing everything centrally at the start. Each
drilling unit has two positions for tools, making it efficient to store and
access them. Plus, we ensure precise tool length by measuring at the central
storage, which helps streamline processes and increase productivity.
INCLUDES CENTRAL STORAGE FOR UP TO 42 TOOLS
Making it easy for the three drilling units to switch tools smoothly and work effectively. You can effortlessly add new tools. It simplifies moving tools from storage to the drilling spindle's tool changer and allows tools to be easily transferred between changers for automatic switching between drilling units.
MANUAL TOOL CHANGES ON-THE-FLY
Operators can switch out tools on the fly without having to stop the machine, thanks to the handy housing and access doors. This setup doesn't just make things faster; it also records the tool's length in the machine. That means the drilling spindles can zip towards the material at top speed, hitting the mark with incredible accuracy.

The V623 empowers you to produce almost any profile up to 300 x 300 mm (11 13/16 x 11 13/16 inches) with unmatched efficiency. Its innovative gripper truck offers limitless profile clamping, enabling automatic loading without operator intervention or weld-ons. The gripper jaw secures material from the outside, while a hydraulic cylinder automatically adjusts the clamping force to protect delicate or thin profiles. A sensor advances pneumatically to detect the material, allowing the gripper truck to approach profiles at an impressive speed of 60 m/min (196 7/8 ft/min), ensuring a fast and seamless production process.

The V623 speeds up production with three drilling units working on profile flanges and webs simultaneously. It's perfect for HSS and carbide drills, milling, thread tapping, countersinking, and layout marking. Versatile and efficient, it handles holes and milling with ease using SK40 units. With a second hydraulically driven gripper, this is the only machine that fully automatically performs double miters on both the front and back of a profile!

EFFORTLESS AUTOMATIC DOUBLE MITRE CUTTING WITH HYDRAULIC PRECISION
Achieve mitre cuts with angles ranging from -60° to +45° effortlessly. Once the desired angle is set, the base is hydraulically clamped to prevent any unwanted movement during sawing. The outfeed gripper, equipped with hydraulic clamping, securely grips the material from the outside, allowing for the easy transportation of even smaller products with a double mitre angle. This ensures smooth outfeed or short product removal. Additionally, the hydraulically powered outfeed gripper securely clamps the profile during the sawing process, guaranteeing precise and accurate cuts every time.
HIGH OUTPUT PER SQUARE METER, MAXIMIZING EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY
To maximize your unmanned production periods, this system utilizes three different outfeed zones, optimizing both space and workflow.
First, the automatic discharge system efficiently handles clean cuts, offcuts, and short products. A sturdy conveyor belt below the saw activates after each cut, quickly removing pieces up to 20 mm (3/4").
Second, the Short Product Removal system features two 600 mm (23 5/8") sections with a sensor that alerts you when they're full, ensuring smooth operations.
Third, pneumatic drag-dogs with noise-dampening strips guide products along customizable cross transports, boosting productivity by smoothly transporting products across different zones and ensuring precise positioning.
