VACAM Smart
Unloading
Smart Unloading from Voortman simplifies the transport and sorting of processed profiles from the unloading zone to storage. It displays the length and project number of profiles on large screens near the workplace, eliminating the need for operators to manually record data. Making it easier to sort profiles by project or order. Operators don’t need experience with VACAM, as they can quickly verify if profiles are sorted correctly.

MULTI SYSTEM
INTEGRATION (MSI)
MSI, also referred to as Multi System Integration, fully automates your production by connecting machines with cross transports, roller conveyors, product buffers, and material sensors. Production data only needs to be imported once and the MSI automatically distributes the data to all machines integrated in your production system.
Every system layout is unique, and designed based on the customer’s production capacity needs now and into the future. During consultation, Voortman works with the customer to determine a design that uses each machine optimally in the system, preventing individual machines from becoming a bottleneck whenever possible.
