Importing &
3D modelling

COROBS PLUS® imports 3D models from most CAD systems, including Inventor, Solidworks, and TEKLA, and supports piping industry formats like PCF. Its modeling module allows for independent production of 3D pipe cutting contours. Users can select a cutting contour, enter a few parameters, and the contour develops automatically. Repetitive contours can be easily duplicated.

Optimized nesting

to avoid scrap

Once all parts are modeled or imported, COROBS PLUS® nests them on a pipe with a single command, optimizing material use and saving up to 10% in costs. The pipe segments are displayed in 3D, and the cutting progress can be monitored remotely. COROBS PLUS® also prints unique labels for each part and updates the ERP database for a complete workflow.

Optimize distribution

COROBS PLUS® optimizes part distribution and cutting jobs based on machine capacities like pipe diameter or weight, ensuring efficient and accurate manufacturing. It operates on SQL databases, providing extensive data views for ERP, process management, inventory control, and custom reporting.
