DIGI-FAB optimizes your nests by tailoring them to the specific parameters of your machines, such as the maximum or minimum beam length, saw angles, and drilling capabilities. These settings are configured during implementation and require no further adjustment. The algorithm also factors in precise details like clamp distance, feed orientation, and gripper size, ensuring that every aspect of your nesting process is finely tuned for optimal performance.

DIGI-BIM
DIGI-BIM is DIGI-STEEL' custom BIM importer and viewer and is part of DIGI-FAB. It takes information from multiple sources and instantly links it to a 3-D model. Whether on the factory floor or at the construction site, workers can easily reference the model to understand how assemblies should be constructed or how specific parts connect. It enhances your building information modeling with deeper insights, essential data, and a robust set of tools to elevate your project workflow.

Set automatic notifications for low inventory to stay ahead of stock needs. Materials can be assigned to projects or used across multiple jobs, with remnants automatically de-allocated. This process can be automated or managed as needed, giving you full control with minimal effort.

DIGI-FAB automatically generates quotation requests (RFQs) based on your approved nesting jobs. With just a single click, you can send RFQs to multiple steel suppliers simultaneously, boosting efficiency. Once quotes are approved, purchase orders are created directly from them, facilitating a smooth transition from quotation to order. Additionally, DIGI-FAB enables you to merge multiple quotes into a single purchase order, further simplifying your procurement process.
